Business Impact AI Masterclass

We announced the Open Business Impact AI platform on 12th May in the UK through a full-page ad in the Financial Times and on 26th May in India through a 2-page ad in The Economic Times. I want to share the thrill of my Research AI team, who have worked tirelessly since 2015 across New York, London, and Chennai to design pathbreaking True Business Impact AI for enterprises.

Purple Fabric has invented three fundamental concepts based on First Principle Thinking.
Concept 1: Enterprise Knowledge Garden alongside Data Lakes.
Concept 2: Enterprise Digital Experts not just agents.
Concept 3: EnterpriseGPT is not just ChatGPT

I am very proud of my applied research team, who understood the obstacles in driving true benefits from large investments committed by enterprises in terms of,
a) Security of Enterprise knowledge
b) Security, entitlements and Traceability across LLMs and internal knowledge
c) Unpredictable costs and closed choice of LLMs.

They designed Full Business Impact AI as a platform on which your business teams can Reimagine Customer, Reimagine Products, Reimagine Operations and Reimagine Risks. Your own tech teams or your IT service providers can help create business impact Use Cases after Bootcamps on Purple Fabric.

I would like to share my joy, learnings, and journey of building the complete platform Purple Fabric—World First Open Business Impact AI with industry business leaders on Wednesday, 18th June, at 2:00 PM UK time, 5:00 PM Middle East time, and 6:30 PM India Time through a Business Impact AI Masterclass. We have limited seats for this Masterclass for effective leaders who want to reimagine their workplace with Purple Fabric.

Four-fold path to business impact AI

PF-Business Impact #2
Four-fold path to business impact AI

For all the relentlessly paced developments in AI, when it comes to enterprise, there is an unwavering path to business impact AI. Holistic first principles rigour will avoid the traps of ad hoc pilots, ineffective agents, spiralling LLM costs, increased exposure risk, and bloated tech budgets.

  1. Right knowledge
  2. Right agents
  3. Right models for right task
  4. Right governance

Right knowledge path. Acknowledge your competitive advantage currently siloed and shackled. Your enterprise knowledge built over time and constantly being refreshed, needs to be curated for dynamic use across the organisation. Your personalized Enterprise Knowledge Garden (PF EKG) will form the backbone of high-quality Gen AI response, and reasoning & decision support. Delivered through the organisation by your enterpriseGPT.

Right agents path. Appreciate the difference between point solutions AI tools, copilots & assistants for personal productivity projects and enterprise AI. Generic agents unable to securely integrate with enterprise knowledge are of little use for enterprise. Design and deploy your Enterprise Digital Experts (PF EDE) with relevant skills and perspective, delivering business-grade accuracy of over 95%. Augment your managers to rescale effectiveness.

Right models path. Understand all models are not equal. You must be able to exercise freedom of choice to select the right mix of models to address specific tasks. Always benchmark against constraints of accuracy, speed and cost. Your LLM Optimisation Hub (PF MOH) delivers the model-agnostic approach critical for business impact AI. Learn more about how this plays out in a leading global enterprise where the PF Complaint Resolution Digital Expert uses 13 Agents and 5 LLMs, with dynamic benchmarking against the triple AI constraints.

Right governance path. Realise the criticality of complete AI governance at one place. Your enterprise governance (PF Govern) proactively mitigates the real risk in deploying AI using multiple LLM models and multiple agents, as well as the recurring issue of uncapped costs of LLM usage. You need relentless enterprise governance across dimensions of monitoring, traceability, diagnostics, explainabilty, compliance and security.

Your enterprise AI is only as good as your platform. Purple Fabric is the world’s first open business impact AI platform. Built on four proprietary technology stacks. The platform integrates the power of Data-as-a-Service with Knowledge-as-a-Service to drive higher productivity and performance of human talent in the enterprise. Purple Fabric already has 68 ready-to-use digital experts to jumpstart enterprise AI initiatives. Experience the exponential power of the augmented enterprise when AI is harnessed right.

With Purple Fabric you’re on the right path to business impact AI.

Human first, Nationalities second

Yes India Pak war has started. 3rd global conflict after Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine.

We all know Wars are not good for anyone and yet Humans with wisdom and intelligence indulge in it that too in 21st century.

The question remains – Are we going forward with increased Technologies and Human intelligence or driven by raw animal instincts and passions?

Stay calm without any bias, without blame since in this situation we can’t trust all the news.

At end of day, we are Human first, Nationalities second. Follow human principles of Love, compassion and growth.

Imagine 1 USD to 60 INR

Today I was researching on earlier similar economic shocks as current Trump Circus. I found 1971, Nixon Shock was equally big when he abolished Dollar linkage to Gold ie 35 USD to one Ounce of Gold. This rate was fixed since 1944 Bretton Wood Agreement.

Then to counter US deficits, he allowed dollar to get devalued against German mark as well as Japanese Yen. USD devalued from 3.51 to 1.6 in just 10 years.
It devalued similar against Japanese yen from 360 to 227 till 1980 and to 95 yen in 1995.

Japan has coped up 300 percent currency appreciation in 25 years because of innovation and JIT.

I need to learn more about Macro economics and politics of 1970 era to reach some insights but Now imagine if USD devalues against INR by just 30 percent not 300 percent in next 5 years ie 60 rupees to one USD, what will happen to Indian Exports and especially to Indian IT industry.

Just a question to ponder to design our future.

L0 of Thirukkural

Today, on Thiruvalluvar Day (which is being celebrated in Tamil Nadu, India), I am reminded of a fascinating conversation I had a few years ago with one of our clients about the rich cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu and South India. Naturally, the discussion veered towards a subject I am deeply passionate about—Thirukkural, the timeless masterpiece of knowledge, ethics, and morality written by the celebrated Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar over 2,000 years ago.

In many ways, Thiruvalluvar could be considered the world’s first “tweeter”! Each couplet (kural) is incredibly crisp, concise, and clear—crafted in just 7 words across 2 lines. The Thirukkural itself is a profound compilation of 1,330 couplets, structured into 133 chapters grouped under three life principles—Virtue, Wealth and Love, aligning seamlessly with the ancient Indian philosophy of life’s pursuits.

To truly appreciate the depth of this literary masterpiece, I conceptualized using one of our Design Thinking tools, L0, typically employed to detail a business, product, or solution. The result was an L0 equivalent of the entire Thirukkural, a modern framework capturing its essence in a structured and relatable manner. Today, I am delighted to share this English version for the benefit of a wider audience.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this perspective of Thirukkural!
