Not occasional breakthroughs, but a way of consistently translating ideas into outcomes.

I am delighted to share that we have filed our 36th patent application for Purple Fabric – the Precision Business Impact AI Platform. And during the year, Intellect has filed over 100 patent applications. We are seeking patent protection not just in India but in major Global markets.

These are not just numbers.

They reflect a system we have been consciously building.

A system where research, legal, product and engineering teams come together to continuously identify, articulate and protect ideas. What I often refer to as a patent factory.

This has been enabled by a research team of 1200 technologists, with over 100 inventors already documented and many more who will emerge through this journey.

Alongside this, we have built a strong product creation capability, where these ideas are translated into real enterprise platforms.

This combination matters.

Because innovation is not just about thinking. It is about building, validating and scaling.

Purple Fabric represents this shift. From AI as automation to AI as Precision Business Impact. Where intelligence is embedded into enterprise workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.

Innovation, when approached with discipline, can be made repeatable.

The Intelligence-to-Impact Journey: Why the Future Belongs to Systems of Judgment

It was a privilege to engage with global leaders and practitioners at the Indiaspora Global Impact AI Summit, where I had the opportunity to conduct a Masterclass on what I believe is the most critical shift in AI today from generative intelligence to Business Impact Precision AI.

I began the session with a simple question:

Are we building AI that can generate… or AI that can be trusted to decide?

Over the past few years, AI has demonstrated remarkable capability.
Yet in enterprise contexts, especially in financial services, capability alone is not sufficient.

Precision, determinism, and trust are non-negotiable.

Most systems today operate in a probabilistic world.
They are powerful, but not always predictable.

And in business, 85% accuracy is innovation… but 95%+ accuracy is trust.

So the real question is: How do we move from probabilistic intelligence to precision-led intelligence?

In the session, I spoke about the foundational architecture required to achieve this shift, our Triadic Intelligence Engine, built on three core pillars:

Knowledge – structured, contextual, and enterprise-owned
Reasoning – deterministic, explainable, and auditable
Context – dynamic, situational, and continuously evolving

It is the orchestration of these three elements that enables AI to move from probabilistic outputs to precision-led, decision-grade intelligence.

I then posed another question: If AI begins to think, where does work happen?

This led us to demonstrate TeamSpace, our next-generation paradigm for enterprise work.

TeamSpace is not just a product. It is a reimagination of the workplace

It allows organisations to create their own Digital Workforce, composed of:

  • AI Agents
  • Domain Experts
  • Institutional Knowledge

Working together as Digital Twins of teams, designed and governed by the enterprise itself.

At Intellect, we are already leveraging TEAM SPACE internally, moving beyond generic AI platforms to build systems that are deeply aligned to our knowledge fabric, our context, and our ways of working.

The outcome is clear:

When AI is built on your knowledge, guided by your reasoning, and shaped by your context, accuracy improves, ownership increases, and outcomes become predictable.

Which brings me to the final question I left the audience with:

Will the future belong to enterprises that use AI… or to those that build AI they can trust?

Because the shift ahead is not about adopting more AI.

It is about reimagining the enterprise itself, from systems of record and engagement, to systems of judgment and precision.

The journey from Intelligence to Impact has just begun.

From Zero to AI: Democratizing the Next Frontier of India’s Digital Legacy

India has a rich legacy of democratizing knowledge. From the invention of Zero – which universalised mathematics – to our modern digital public infrastructure, our nation has always excelled at creating scale from simplicity.

Now, as we enter a decisive phase in our AI evolution, we must apply this same First Principles thinking.

To make AI as an integral part of every enterprise, we cannot rely on model sophistication alone. We must look at the fundamentals. History (Telecom, UPI) teaches us that true scale unlocks only when we collapse marginal costs. We must shift AI from a high-cost capability for the few to a “low-value, high-volume” utility for all enterprises.

AI must be architected as population-scale infrastructure – affordable by design, interoperable by default, and accessible to every enterprise.

Currently, AI investment is abundant, but scaled impact is selective. The bottleneck is structural – fragmented data and governance frameworks not built for this level of scale and lacking trust.

With Purple Fabric, our Open Business Impact AI platform, Intellect Design Arena Ltd is focused on institutionalising AI responsibly. We are building the rails for this “low-value, high-volume” reality.

I will be there at the India AI Impact Summit and look forward to meaningful interactions with business stakeholders and policymakers on this.

Ask any question for which you could not get answer from Chacha or Mami.

These AI under intellect Purple Fabric initiative we have introduced in Sonbhadra, Most backward District in UP for school during Ullas Tinkerfest.

We have introduced AI to participants of Tinkerfest from class 7th to 10th standard from underprivileged tribal communities. Anil Pradhan, CEO Young Tinker Academy ask the question – you can ask any question from the Mike in Hindi and most difficult question from ChaGPT Chacha or Gemini Mami and it will answer your question.

They felt thrilled and started asking difficult questions.

Now the ladies sitting in the audience also understood the power of AI. They mentioned can they write applications and emails. Then they tried writing applications to District magistrate or collector etc. Obviously now Women has a voice and an ‘Smart executive assistant’ to solve their rural problems. They knew their problems but did not know how to express them.

Next SHG women in the group started asking the question that they make Millets products or soap or Snacks. How can AI help them to market the product in near market – Reningutta or Varanasi. They also ask ChatGPT Chacha and Gemini Mami to suggest names of the products.

Next They also got the logo designed from Chacha at free of cost.

Now we will be starting Startup Seed fund of 10,000/- per team who wants to start Startup for 10 teams today.

It’s model of Rural School Incubator, SHG business design and Community Voice.

It’s been 11 years since we inaugurated 8012 FT – the Transformation Design Center for Driving Leadership and Enterprise Transformation.

To commemorate this milestone, I am taking a 90-minute online session on “Design The Thinking Primer” free for all Business Leaders, Small and Medium-Size Companies and Startups.

My Diary from Archives – Entrepreneurship – Juggling 6 balls

Today, I visited TieCon 2014 Chennai and many entrepreneurs during the day.
During the various meetings I observed 6 patterns of problems being faced by entrepreneurs.

1. Lots of discussions were around fund raising, valuations etc. I call this Finance Capital.
2. Second area was around product and its differentiation. We can call this IP Capital.
3. Once they have finance and IP capital then it’s about building a team. That’s about Human Capital.
4. Right customer identification and winning customer confidence is about building Customer Capital.
5. Once entrepreneurs have completed the first four blocks then they start thinking about systems and processes i.e. the power of Execution Capital.
6. Finally, scaling is about getting noticed and starting to get a few pull sales. This is building a brand – Brand Capital.

Now, imagine a cuboid of 1 inch side with 6 sides and write each capital on each side of its face.
Face 1 – Finance Capital
Face 2 – Product/IP Capital
Face 3 – Team/Human Capital
Face 4 – Customer Capital
Face 5 – Systems/Execution Capital
Face 6 – Brand Capital

Now, if each side of the cuboid grows 3 times or each Capital grows 3 times, what will be the overall growth of the Cuboid? Calculate.

27 times

And, if each side grows 4 times, what will be the impact on the business?

64 times

That’s the power of entrepreneurship.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) sets up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for FinTech

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) is setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for FinTech at the Software Technology Parks of India STPI-Chennai, in association with ELCOT, the Government of Tamil Nadu to establish Chennai as a FinTech hub.

This initiative will provide a greater platform and pave the path for growth of budding software companies involved in providing FinTech solutions.

I have been appointed as the Chief Mentor of this wonderful initiative and to support the startup community. The coming together of some reputed organisations like NPCI, UIDAI, IIT Madras, TiE Chennai, YES Bank, Paypal, Pontaq, HSBC, Torus and other partners is a great opportunity for sharing best practices and building a viable ecosystem at the national level.

A one-day “FinTech Design Thinking Workshop” has been planned on 11th January 2019 at the FinTech 8012 Design Center at Intellect Design Arena Limited to understand, discuss and deliberate on the strategy and roadmap for banks and financial institutions in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to support their business.

The conference is being attended by digital leaders from public, private & co-operative sector banks, foreign bank, delegates from the government and speakers from partner companies.
