I did not realise that design Thinking video has crossed 3,40,000 views.

In this video, I shared my experiences of difference between ‘DESIGN THE THINKING’ and Process of Design Thinking. For bringing effectiveness to the Design thinking, we need to prepare the soil of the mind by ‘designing the thoughts’ in a structured manner.

It’s thinking design that begins the shift in ‘mental models’ to drive change in organisation culture which can challenge the business as usual and build creative collaboration to drive final finish products and services.

In this Video, I tried to document and synthesised five core capabilities of human mind as Imagination mind, Learning mind, Result Mind, Effective Mind and Influencing mind.

If you have sometime watch Season 2/Episode 1 -Olifur – The Art of Design.

The power of abstract to Touch and feel.

Lots of our creations in software are abstract from understanding the ‘untold beauty hidden beneath the layers of coding’. Customer experiences few actions out of the beauty of Data architecture, Beauty of Flow pipes and corridors thru which data flows in form work for Actors, beauty of wired rules in form of logic which drives few microsecond decisions, beauty of design of hyper personalised experiences etc etc.

That’s all abstract. How do we bring beneath the iceberg is nothing but Art.

Conducting session for All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE)

I conducted the session with 24 leaders of All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE) yesterday. The entire team travelled to Intellect design Center from Delhi and other cities to attend this 2 day workshop.

I love the enthusiasm and zeal for learning during the session. They took out their weekend to learn. I love the questions they were curious to ask.

I think that’s the change we are looking in Engineering and management education under the leadership of Anil sahastrabuddhe, where administrators are first learning hands on before introducing Design Thinking as a course in all engineering and management education.
